It is a great way to simply add an extra probiotic boost to your morning. Along with adaptognetic ashwaghanda, the sweetest of the green powders and fresh fruit with oats for sustained energy it is a sure way to get happiness from the inside out.

  1. Simply, add all of the ingredients except the probiotic capsules into a blender and mix. 
  2. Next, empty the capsules into the smoothie mixture and discard of the shells.
  3. Blend until a smooth consistancy is formed.
  4. If it is too thick at this stage add a splash more plant milk, to your desired taste and thickness.
  5. Pour smoothie mixture into serving glass. 
  6. Drink and enjoy!
