Ingredients
- 40g Oats
- 1/2 Pint Almond Milk
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Kiwi
Method
- Add the almond milk and the oats to a saucepan and cook on the hob over a medium heat until cooked, sitrring occasionally.
- Then put these cooked oats into your serving bowl.
- Slice the kiwi and banana, on a chopping board and add as topping to the oats.
- In a small bowl stir together the bee pollen grains and ashwaghanda powder.
- Once combined, layer these over the breakfast bowl.
- Eat and enjoy!
