This porridge dish is a great way to start your day mid-summer when suffering with hay fever - as it is recommended to eat a low mucus diet. Adding the ingredient; bee pollen has been thought to be effective for helping hay fever symtoms for many years as it is rich in B vitamins & essential minerals. Ashwagandha will help your immune system and respiratory system. A fruity, filling & nutritious breakfast bowl.

  1. Add the almond milk and the oats to a saucepan and cook on the hob over a medium heat until cooked, sitrring occasionally.
  2. Then put these cooked oats into your serving bowl.
  3. Slice the kiwi and banana, on a chopping board and add as topping to the oats.
  4. In a small bowl stir together the bee pollen grains and ashwaghanda powder.
  5. Once combined, layer these over the breakfast bowl.
  6. Eat and enjoy!
