Equipment
- Small pan
- Chocolate silicone moulds
- Silicone spatula
- Baking sheet
- Heatproof bowl
Ingredients
- Small pinch of sea salt
Method
- Fill a small pan with an inch of boiling water. Add the cacao butter to a heat proof bowl and place into the pan. On a low heat, stir the cacao butter until fully melted.
- Add the cacao powder and agave syrup and mix well.
- Pour a little melted chocolate into each silicone mould, enough to cover the bottom. Set in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- When the base is set, remove from the freezer and add a tablespoon of hazelnut butter to the centre of each chocolate (with a bit of a sea salt sprinkled over at this stage for extra crunch across each chocolate mould) if using a medium mould or half a tablespoon for a small mould. Cover with the remaining melted chocolate and place back in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set.
- Once set, remove from the moulds and enjoy with your loved ones, a perfect edible gift, too!
