
Hibiscus & Strawberry Iced Tea is a refreshing and fruity drink that tastes like Summer in a cup! It's bitter sweet with a zingy kick. Immune boosting hibiscus is complimented by the deliciously familiar strawberry.

Equipment
- Large Jug
- Kettle
- Tea Strainer
- Stirring Spoon
- Serving Glass
Ingredients
- 500ml Boiling Water
- 750ml Cold Water (to dilute)
- Handful of Ice Cubes
- Handful of Fresh Chopped Strawberries
Method
- Firstly, in a large jug make the hibiscus tea using the dried loose leaf tea and the boiling water straight from the kettle.
- Leave to cool completely at room temperature.
- Then, drain off the petals using a tea strainer.
- Dilute with cold water, to taste. 750ml is the advised minimum due to a slightly dry taste of the concentrated tea.
- Add the chopped strawberries to the jug and stir vigourously to realease the fruit juices.
- Pour into serving glasses and add ice cubes to serve.
- Enjoy!
