Ingredients
- 1 Litre Water
- Pinch of Salt

Method
- Add the almonds to a bowl, cover with cold water and leave soaking overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Drain the almonds using a sieve then add them to a high-powered blender or food processor along with the water, salt and maple syrup (if using).
- Blend for a good few minutes until the mixture looks fairly smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a nut-milk bag to remove any pulp.
- Keep refrigerated in a jar with lid and consume within 3 days!
