Learn how to make your own Almond Milk by following this easy recipe. You only need 4 natural ingredients to make this dairy-free vegan Nut Milk. Homemade Almond Milk is a great alternative to shop bought Milk in cartons.   • Sieve
  • High Powered Blender or Food Processor
  • Nut Milk Bag
  • Jar with Lid


  1. Add the almonds to a bowl, cover with cold water and leave soaking overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours.
  2. Drain the almonds using a sieve then add them to a high-powered blender or food processor along with the water, salt and maple syrup (if using).
  3. Blend for a good few minutes until the mixture looks fairly smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a nut-milk bag to remove any pulp.
  5. Keep refrigerated in a jar with lid and consume within 3 days!
