Dosage: Take 1/2 teaspoon daily for children, or 1/2 tablespoon a day for adults. If you’re suffering from a cold or the flu, up the dose to 2-3 times daily.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Water
- 2 Tbsp Ginger Powder
Method
- Firstly, add the elderberries, ginger and cinnamon to the water, bring to the boil and simmer over a low heat for around 45 minutes.
- Then, when the liquid has reduced, strain the mixture into a jug, mashing the berries into the strainer, and then leave to cool.
- When cool, add the agave nectar and stir well.
- Keep in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
