A traditional muesli with the added taste of chocolate chips and nutritional punch of Bilberry, Acai and Banana Powders. Muesli is great way to start the day and this one is no exception. With the addition of Acai and Bilberry there is extra Vitamin C and antioxidant properties to give this muesli a Superfood edge.

Ingredients

Equipment
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Big Spoon
  • Teaspoon
  • Scales
  • Airtight Container

Method
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.
  2. Transfer to an airtight jar or container.
  3. Serve cold with milk.
  4. Serve hot with a ratio of 1 parts muesli mix to 2 parts milk. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Variations

All kinds of dried fruits and nuts can be added or substituted to this muesli if you prefer. Also Honey can be added to sweeten. Use your choice of Milk.
