Ingredients
- 2 Medium Chopped Frozen Bananas
- 1/4 Tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- Zest of 1 Orange
- 1 Tsp Fresh Orange Juice
- 4 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional toppings
- Sprinkle of Sultanas
Method
- Add half of the cranberries to a food processor along with all the rest of the ingredients.
- Whizz food processor, until a smooth consistancy is formed.
- Pour the mixture into a small tupperware box, then stir in the remaining cranberries and place into the freezer for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, scoop into serving bowls and garnish the top with cranberries and sultanas.
- Eat and enjoy!
