
Cool down with this iced coffee alternative. Inspired by the chocolate drink that Juliette Binoche served her french chocolaterie in the "Chocolat" movie, with the herbs that were of Mayan origin. Make with just boiled water, or add plant milk if you'd like a thicker consistancy.
Equipment
- Serving Glass
- Frother or Hand Blender
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Cup of Boiled Water or Plant Based Milk
- Small Handful of Ice Cubes
Method
- Start by pouring the boiled water or plant milk into the serving glass.
- Throw in the other ingredients, but hold off on the ice for now.
- Stir well with a frother or use a hand blender to mix the ingredients in the glass.
- Add the ice, drink and enjoy!
