Iced Coconut Matcha Latte is the perfect antioxidant-rich drink that will make your mornings taste good. This vegan, dairy-free drink is packed with amazing creamy and cooling coconut flavour with the distinctive taste of matcha. Give this incredibly healthy latte a try!

  • Bowl
  • Fine Mesh Strainer or Sifter
  • Bamboo Whisk or Fork
  • Glass Jar with Lid
  • Serving Glass
  • Spoon


  1. Firstly, sift the Matcha Powder into a bowl using a fine mesh strainer or sifter. 
  2. Add the hot water and whisk with a bamboo whisk or fork in a "W" shape until the mixture is frothy and well mixed together.
  3. Place the warm coconut milk in a glass jar with a lid. Add the coconut oil, vanilla and syrup and shake well.
  4. Fill your serving glass with ice to 2/3 full, pour in the coconut milk. 
  5. Now, slowly pour the matcha powder mixture on top of the coconut milk and stir with a spoon so it all combines well, gets cold and makes a gorgeous mint green colour.
  6. Drink and enjoy!
