- Bamboo Whisk or Fork
- Glass Jar with Lid
- Serving Glass

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Hot Water
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk (warmed)
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Ice Cubes to Serve
Method
- Firstly, sift the Matcha Powder into a bowl using a fine mesh strainer or sifter.
- Add the hot water and whisk with a bamboo whisk or fork in a "W" shape until the mixture is frothy and well mixed together.
- Place the warm coconut milk in a glass jar with a lid. Add the coconut oil, vanilla and syrup and shake well.
- Fill your serving glass with ice to 2/3 full, pour in the coconut milk.
- Now, slowly pour the matcha powder mixture on top of the coconut milk and stir with a spoon so it all combines well, gets cold and makes a gorgeous mint green colour.
- Drink and enjoy!
