Ingredients
- 1 x Egg
- 1 x Ripe Banana
- 2 x tbsp Almond Milk
- Honey for topping
Method
- Blend all the ingredients together (except the Coconut Oil and Honey) until it becomes a smooth mixture
- Heat a small amount of Coconut Oil in your frying pan
- Ladle in the batter in three seperate parts
- When the Pancakes begin to bubble on top then flip over
- Cook both sides until golden brown
- Serve with Honey (optional)
