Kiwi and Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe

With a double protein whammy from by the chia seeds plus the chia seed protein powder in the Kick Ass Vegan Smoothie Mix, this smoothie will certainly leave you feeling satisfied. A fantastic smoothie for pre or post workout. 

  • Juicer
  • Blender


  1. Soak the chia seeds in fresh apple juice overnight (1 -4 ratio of seeds to liquid)
  2. Roughly puree 2 of the kiwi fruits and spoon the mixture into a serving glass
  3. Blend the remaining fruit with the chia mix adding more seeds until you are happy with the consistency
  4. Add the Kick Ass Smoothie Mix and blend 
  5. Pour the mixture on top of the pureed fruit
  6. Enjoy!

Alternatively enjoy this smoothie as a dessert by adding more chia seeds to give a thicker consistency.
