Ingredients
- 6 Kiwi Fruit
- Fresh Apple Juice
Method
- Soak the chia seeds in fresh apple juice overnight (1 -4 ratio of seeds to liquid)
- Roughly puree 2 of the kiwi fruits and spoon the mixture into a serving glass
- Blend the remaining fruit with the chia mix adding more seeds until you are happy with the consistency
- Add the Kick Ass Smoothie Mix and blend
- Pour the mixture on top of the pureed fruit
- Enjoy!
