- 3 Kiwi Fruit
- 1 Lemon
- 8 oz Organic Soya Yoghurt
- 3 Tbsp Organic Honey
- 1/4 Tsp Almond Extract (Optional)
- 1 Cup of Crushed Ice
Method
- Combine all the ingredients apart from the ice in the blender and whizz until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency
- Add the ice and process until blended
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately!
