Ingredients: 700 ml Plant milk; 6 Organic Free Range Egg Yolks; 60 ml Maple Syrup; 35g Lucuma Powder; Pecans to Garnish

Using the finest Peruvian Lucuma Powder, Lucuma is Peru's number 1 ice cream flavour. This delicious ice cream has a caramel, maple taste - almost bordering on a cafe latte - Yum! Not only does it taste amazing, it's a rich source of nutrients and a great, healthy sweet replacement for sugar.

Ingredients

700 ml Plant milk
6 Organic Free Range Egg Yolks
60 ml Maple Syrup
35g Lucuma Powder
Pecans to Garnish

Method

Combine all ingredients in the blender. (Alternatively, use a hand blender or whisk by hand).
Pour into your ice cream maker according to manufacture’s directions – Place in the freezer for 5 hours and it’s ready.
