Method
- Boil Kettle with at least 2 small cups worth of water inside.
- In a cafeteria, place the astragalus herbal tea with the boiled water and infuse.
- Leave to brew for at least 5 minutes.
- For best texture, whisk the matcha with the brewed tea in a small round bowl.
- Next, add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour into serving mug and sprinkle with cinnamon and hemp seeds.
