Equipment
  • A Bain Marie
  • Knife & Chopping Board
  • Mixing Spatula or Wooden Spoon
  • Freezer
  • Paper Moulds or Ice Cube Tray
Method

Print

  1. Boil up the water for the bain marie then remove from the heat.
  2. Gently melt all the Cacao Butter in the Bain Marie until the last of the solids have just disappeared.
  3. Add the Vanilla and stir into the melted Cacao Butter.
  4. Add in the Cacao Powder and mix thoroughly until it is smooth.
  5. Add in the Agave and mix until completely blended.
  6. Pour out the molten Chocolate into molds and allow to set.
  7. TIP: put the moulds into the freezer to help them set quickly. Remove after 15 minutes and pop out of moulds.
  8. Refrigerate to keep fresh.
