
This Mango and Banana Vegan Smoothie is made extra creamy by the Avocado and Raw Almond Butter. The sweet, malty Maca Powder is powerfully adaptogenic and is known to exert a very positive effect on mood - not only that it is a nutritional powerhouse too. Ingredients
- 1 x small Mango, flesh cut off and frozen/or use frozen
- 1 x frozen Banana
- 1/2 an Avocado
- 1 x cup water
Method
- Add water (The amount of water is up to you. A little can be added at the start and then at the end if the blend is still too thick.)
- Prepare your Mango, Avocado and fresh frozen Banana and deposit them in the blender.
- Then scoop in your Maca and Banana Powder.
- Next add your Raw Almond Butter.
- Blend. (You may need to add a little more water in here)
Notes
Instead of plain water you could use Coconut Water in its place. Also the fresh fruit can be substituted for other fruits if you wish.
