- Firstly, pour your plant milk into a jar (recommended for best taste is an almond or coconut milk) and add the mango powder.
- Next, whisk these ingredients together until you have a smooth mixture.
- Then, add the chia seeds and whisk again until the seeds are evenly spread.
- Close or tighten the lid in the jar and leave in the fridge for up to 4 hours or overnight if you'd like to enjoy this pudding as breakfast.
- When opening to eat, arrange the mango slices and flaked almonds on top.
- Spoon out, eat and enjoy!
