Now that the sunshine is here, it’s time to try something exotic! This mango chia seed pudding is perfect as a breakfast, or as a sweet healthy snack during the day.

  • Whisk

  • Serving Spoon

Method
  1. Firstly, pour your plant milk into a jar (recommended for best taste is an almond or coconut milk) and add the mango powder. 
  2. Next, whisk these ingredients together until you have a smooth mixture. 
  3. Then, add the chia seeds and whisk again until the seeds are evenly spread. 
  4. Close or tighten the lid in the jar and leave in the fridge for up to 4 hours or overnight if you'd like to enjoy this pudding as breakfast. 
  5. When opening to eat, arrange the mango slices and flaked almonds on top. 
  6. Spoon out, eat and enjoy!
