Equipment
- Glass Bowl big enough to fit over a sauce pan to create a bain-marie
- Sauce Pan
- Spoon to mix
Method
- Boil up the water for the bain marie then remove from the heat.
- Gently melt all the Cacao Butter in the Bain Marie until the last of the solids have just disappeared.
- Add in the mushroom powder and stir to get out any lumps.
- Add in the Cacao Paste Buttons and mix until everything is smooth.
- Add in the agave and mix until completely blended.
- Pour the molten chocolate into the moulds and add to the fridge to set overnight.
- Refrigerate in a sealed container to keep fresh.
