Our matcha green tea powder is packed full of nutritious antioxidants making a vibrant addition to this superfood latte recipe. Gently sweetened with Lucuma Powder, a great sugar alternative, and rice milk, the natural caffine kick will give your day a super boost!

  1. Firstly, heat the rice milk in a heavy bottomed pan on a medium heat on the hob.
  2. Next, stir in the matcha powder and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Do the same with the lucuma powder, make sure it is fully dissolved and there are no lumps.
  4. Try a taste test, if you want more flavour and sweeter - add an extra tsp of each powder.
  5. To make it frothy use a hand blender, to froth your mixture while it is still in the pan.
  6. Pour latte drink into glass.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
