Ingredients
- 200ml Rice Milk
- 1 Tsp Lucuma Powder
Method
- Firstly, heat the rice milk in a heavy bottomed pan on a medium heat on the hob.
- Next, stir in the matcha powder and stir until fully dissolved.
- Do the same with the lucuma powder, make sure it is fully dissolved and there are no lumps.
- Try a taste test, if you want more flavour and sweeter - add an extra tsp of each powder.
- To make it frothy use a hand blender, to froth your mixture while it is still in the pan.
- Pour latte drink into glass.
- Serve and enjoy!
