Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 Pitted Dates
- 1 Tsp Lucuma Powder
- 100ml Plant Milk
- 100ml Water
Method
- Firstly, chop the banana and avocado into the blender and whizz for a moment.
- Next add all the other ingredients and whizz until fully combined into a delicious smoothie texture.
- Pour into glass, optionally sprinkle a little Matcha Powder on the surface of the smoothie, serve and enjoy!
