
This Pea & Mint Raw Chocolate Chip Smoothie Recipe was originally created for St. Patricks Day and isn’t like any other green smoothie since it contains peas! It is based on the premise that everybody has frozen peas in their freezer so the first ingredient is already at hand. This smoothie is all about sensation but is made up of completely healthy vegan ingredients. There is zingy mint, crunchy cacao nibs, creamy avocado and a sweetness that comes from the peas, dates and coconut water. Altogether this is a lovely smoothie for a hot summer’s day.

Ingredients
- ½ x cup of frozen Peas
- ½ x Avocado
- Handful of Mint leaves
- 250ml Coconut Water
- 60ml Hemp or Almond Milk
- 4 x Dates
Method
- Simply load up your blender with all the ingredients and blend
- Pour into a glass and decorate with Cacao Nibs if you like
