Indulge in this vegan Chocolate recipe with the addition of refreshing and energising Peppermint Oil. Peppermint is known to revive mental energy and the Cacao ingredients are high in magnesium, iron and include the "feel good" phytochemical Theobromine. Put your feet up, make a cuppa and enjoy one of these super tasty bars.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla powder
Method
- Begin by placing the saucepan on the hob on a low heat and boil some water in it. Place bowl over the top and melt the cacao butter.
- Remove bowl from the boil, and add the agave, vanilla and peppermint oil to the mixture and whisk for around 5 minutes to make sure all is combined.
- Next, add 1 Tbsp of the cacao powder and mix. (Do not add all the cacao powder at once because it will thicken too quick) Keep adding the tbsp's of cacao powder with a mix after until you have a creamy smoothie mixture.
- Once all mixed, pour your mixture into the chocolate moulds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Lastly, remove from freezer - pop out of moulds, share and enjoy!
