Mmm Hot Organic Matcha Tea Recipe

Drink hot!

A hot cup of Matcha has a very tasteful, grassy like flavour. If you're new to Matcha, we recommend you start with a very small amount so your body can accustom to it. It's a great green drink to enjoy for an energy boost! You'll feel a much anticipated buzz making this the perfect drink to sip mid afternoon, first thing in the morning, or before a workout.

Note: Recommended dose of loose leaf tea is 1-2 tsp.

  • Kettle
  • Teapot with Infuser
  • Teacups
  • Spoon


  1. First, pop the kettle on and boil at least 200ml of water.
  2. Place tsp of Matcha Powder into infuser teapot, pour boiled water in.
  3. Leave to brew for at least 5 minutes or more if you prefer a stronger taste.
  4. Pour into serving teacups and stir with a spoon, as Matcha sometimes seperates.
  5. Serve, drink and enjoy!
