Bake these moreish brownies, powered with feel-good cacao, high mineral maca powder and naturally sweetened with maple syrup. They're deliciously fluffy and scrumptious as a dairy-free dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Plain Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup Soy Milk
- 1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- Coconut Oil (to grease tin)
Method
- Firstly, pre-hear the oven to 180c.
- Next, sieve the flour, baking powder, cacao and maca powders into a mixing bowl.
- Add the syrup, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla essense. Stir together until a smoothie mixture is made.
- Then, add the cacao nibs and stir some more.
- Grease a baking tin with coconut oil and pour the brownie mixture into it.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool before slicing and leaving on wire rack to cool.
