Making a batch of cookies from this recipe produces satisfyingly delicious treats that won’t last long around those with a sweet tooth. With heaps of Coconut products, Tahini and Chocolate, these cookies are a traditional take using variation and brilliant new products to make mouth wateringly unique delicacies.


Equipment
  • Large Mixing bowl
  • SMall Glass Mixing Bowl
  • Pan
  • Wooden Spoon or Spatula
  • Oven
  • Teaspoon
  • Wax Paper
  • Baking Tray
  • Wire Rack
Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c/160c(fan)/350F/Gas4
  2. Cream together the Organic Coconut Oil and the Organic Coconut Sugar.
  3. Add the egg and tahini and beat.
  4. Add the flours and the baking powder and mix well. You should have a soft dropping consistency.
  5. Place teaspoons of mixture on a lined baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Cool on a wire rack
  7. Once the cookies are cooled, melt the chocolate slowly in a glass bowl over a pan of hot water
  8. Dip each of the cookies in the chocolate to cover half of each cookie.
  9. Leave to cool on the rack and enjoy with hot chocolate.
