Sumptuous, silky, nutty and crunchy - this Chocolate Bark is seriously indulgent and packed full of superfood goodness. Cacao Butter and Coconut Oil are chock full of healthy fats whilst the Pure Cacao Powder gives a deep rich chocolatey taste, not only that it is full of essential minerals. A super healthy treat for any time you feel you need a chocolate hit!

  • Bain Marie
  • Saucepan
  • Roasting Tray
  • Greaseproof Paper


  1. Melt the cacao butter, coconut oil and maple syrup together in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (on a low to medium heat)
  2. Add the cacao powder and stir to combine, making sure there are no lumps
  3. Add the nuts and stir to coat
  4. Line a roasting tray with greaseproof paper, covering the base and sides
  5. Pour the chocolate nut mixture into the tray and sprinkle with the freeze-dried raspberries and salt
  6. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until solid
  7. Cut or break into pieces – they make great Christmas gifts!
