Ingredients
- 10 Dates
- 75g Cashew Nuts
- 25g Pistachio Nuts
- 30g Oats
- 4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- Shredded Dark Chocolate
Method
- First, pop the dates, cashews, pistachios and oats into the blender and whizz!
- Next, scrape out this nutty oat mixture into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients bar the desicated coconut.
- Stir into a fully combined mixture.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into balls and roll through the coconut.
- Pop into fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
- Eat and enjoy!
