Ingredients
- 50g Macadamia Nuts
- Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Method
- Firstly, place all ingredients except the goji berry powder into a powerful blender and blitz until a smooth dough has formed.
- Wet your hands slightly under the tap, so that the mixture doesn't stick to your hands.
- Take walnut size pieces and roll mixture into balls.
- Spoon the goji berry powder into a shallow bowl, then roll the balls in it until coated.
