Method
  1. Firstly, place all ingredients except the goji berry powder into a powerful blender and blitz until a smooth dough has formed.
  2. Wet your hands slightly under the tap, so that the mixture doesn't stick to your hands.
  3. Take walnut size pieces and roll mixture into balls.
  4. Spoon the goji berry powder into a shallow bowl, then roll the balls in it until coated.
  5. Share & enjoy!
