- In a medium bowl mix the oat flour and ground almonds/almond flour until combined.
- Add the peanut butter, maple and vanilla essence and mix- add almond milk and mix well. It should form a ‘dough-like’ ball.

- Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Whilst the base is baking put the dates/date pieces, orange juice, baobab powder and coconut sugar in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Leave to one side.
- Now your base should be ready so remove from the oven and leave to cool a little.
- In a medium bowl combine the oats, ground almonds/almond flour, maple syrup, orange rind and coconut sugar and mix well.
- Add coconut oil and using your fingers massage it into the mixture until it starts to look crumbly.
- Get your date mixture back and pop onto your semi-cooked base- spread out evenly to make a thin layer.
- Add your crumble mixture to the top and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top starts to golden.
- Leave to cool and enjoy!
