Ingredients
- 1 Block of Organic Coconut Cream (cut into small pieces)
- 1 Tsp Rosewater or Rosewater Extract
- Organic Fresh (local) Edible Flowers
Toppings: Choose from (or Mix and Match)
- Organic Pistachios
Method
- Gently melt the coconut oil in a bain marie and add the coconut cream once the oil is completely liquid. Allow to dissolve - stirring occasionally (this takes some time).
- Once all the coconut cream is dissolved, add the vanilla, baobab and rose water and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle over the raspberry or strawberry powder and other toppings as desired.
- Gentle place the edible flowers onto the mixture and carefuilly transfer to the freezer to set.
- Once set, break into shards, indulge and enjoy!
