Organic Coconut Flower Bark Recipe

Edible flowers?? Yes! Organic edible flowers make this Coconut Bark a treat for the eye as well as the palate. Oodles of creamy coconut combined with Superfruit powder make for a delicious, creamy and healthy treat. Not only packed with nutrition, this sumptious bark is bursting with healthy fats too!

  • Bain Marie
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Baking Sheet - Lined With Parchment




  1. Gently melt the coconut oil in a bain marie and add the coconut cream once the oil is completely liquid.  Allow to dissolve - stirring occasionally (this takes some time).
  2. Once all the coconut cream is dissolved, add the vanilla, baobab and rose water and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle over the raspberry or strawberry powder and other toppings as desired.
  5. Gentle place the edible flowers onto the mixture and carefuilly transfer to the freezer to set.
  6. Once set, break into shards, indulge and enjoy!
