
A refreshing peach and passion flower iced tea recipe with the added benefits of Agnus Castus, enjoy in the sunshine!
Equipment

Ingredients
- ½ peach (other ½ for decoration if you want to)
- 2 cups water
- Ice
Method
- Add the water, passion flower tea, agnus castus tea and half a peach to a saucepan and heat for around 3-4 minutes. Keep it in longer if you want it stronger, and less time for a weaker brew.
- Once it has reached the desired brew, strain into a jug. Add honey depending on how sweet you like your tea, or can substitute for sugar. Stir until totally combined.
- Put in the fridge until cool.
- When ready to serve, pour over ice. You can also add more water to dilute at this stage.
- Decorate with edible flowers, griddled peaches, or whatever your heart desires!
