A snack that is healthy but tastes like cookie batter! This is sure to be a great hit for people who crave the odd sweet morsel at the office. The selling point here is that this recipe delivers big doses of protein and healthy fatty acids. They are sweetened only by our nutrient rich Banana Powder and classic Vanilla Powder. Altogether these balls are very rich and moreish, providing hunger busting properties to whoever makes them.

  1. Firstly, mix all the contents up in a mixing bowl.
  2. Then use your hands to knead the batter so that the consistency is just right
  3. Spoon out 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter and roll into a ball
  4. Once you have used up all the batter and rolled them into balls, place all of them in the fridge for 30 minutes

These Batter Balls are loaded with protein from our Hemp Protein Powder and the Almonds. Protein is key to having long, sustained amounts of energy and will help keep hunger at bay. The Banana Powder will have a similar effect in helping to give bouts of energy which will help in keeping your stomach satisfied for longer. The ground Almonds, Dates and shredded Coconut contain large amounts of minerals and vitamins that will all contribute to your daily intake. Almonds in particular are high in calcium, vitamin E and essential fatty acids which are important nutrients to optimum health.
