Snack time! These protein fuelled, cacao balls are perfect to eat post workout, they're quick and easy to make & can be demolished in moments.
Equipment
- Food Processor
- Spatula
- Airtight Container
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Runny Honey
- 100g Hazelnuts
- 130g Peanut Butter
- Pinch of Salt
Method
- First, place the hazelnuts into the food processor and give them a whizz so they are finely chopped.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and blend it all together.
- You may need to use a spatula to scrape the sides down and whizz again. Do this as many times as you need to until all the ingredients are well combined.
- The mixture needs to be slightly wet, so the next part to work. This is the messy bit!
- Damp your hands slightly under the tap, then place a tablespoon of the mixture into the palm of your hand and roll it into a ball.
- Carry on doing this until all the mixture is used up and made into balls.
- Pop the balls into an airtight container and place in the fridge for a few hours to set. Keep in fridge until you wish to eat one.
- Enjoy!
