Ingredients
- 100g Spinach
- 1 Kiwi
- 100ml Apple Juice
- 150g Pineapple Chunks
- 60g Sliced Mango
- 80g Cucumber
Optional topping
- Fresh Mint Leaf
Method
- Firstly, make sure all the fruit is chopped up into blendable chunks.
- The pineapple, kiwi and mango must be skinned.
- Set aside a few slices of kiwi for decoration.
- Place all ingredients into a blender, whizz until smooth.
- Make sure all ingredients are whizzed into a pulp.
- Pour into serving glasses, top with mint leaf and enjoy!
