Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Flour
- 1 Organic Free Range Egg
- 1 Banana
- Plant Milk to make ideal consistency
Method
- In a Blender add the flour, egg, banana and milk together
- Use the ideal amount of plant milk until the consistency is good (Thick not too runny)
- Divide the pancake mixture into 3 and add the superfood powders to each mix to make different colours

- Heat a little Coconut oil in a frying pan
- Add a small amount of batter to make small American style pancakes
- Serve with fruit and soya yogurt
