Using a variety of Indigo Herbs Superfruit Powders, these Gluten Free Protein Pancakes will give you a supercharged start to the day!  Sunny, happy colours and packed with nutrition, these pancakes are certain to put a spring in your step and keep you full until lunchtime.

  1. In a Blender add the flour, egg, banana and milk together
  2. Use the ideal amount of plant milk until the consistency is good (Thick not too runny)
  3. Divide the pancake mixture into 3 and add the superfood powders to each mix to make different colours
  4. Suggestions:
    Vanilla & Pea Protein Powder - Neutral Colour
    SuperVital Powder - Pink
    Acai & Bilberry Powder - Purple
  5. Heat a little Coconut oil in a frying pan
  6. Add a small amount of batter to make small American style pancakes
  7. Serve with fruit and soya yogurt
