Ingredients
For the donuts
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

Method
- Pre-creation: Create your chia egg by mixing chia seeds with water in small cup and set aside.
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 180 degrees c.
- Combine all the dry donut ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the wet donut ingredients (including the set chia egg) mix together then add the dry mixture to this and completely combine.
- Spoon the batter into a piping bag and squeeze the batter into a greased silicon doughnut tray.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let the donuts cool for 5 minutes before transfering them from the moulds to the cooling rack.
- To make the gorgeous donut glaze; melt the coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
- Place the melted coconut into a small mixing bowl and add the super vital or acai powder - or make up 2 bowls with a powder in each one.
- Whisk the coconut oil, maple syrup and acai or super vital powders together in both bowls.
- Hold a cool donut in your hand and dip the whole layer of the top into the glaze mixture and sprinkle with your desired toppings.
- Leave on tray covered in parchment paper for at least 1 hour until set.
- Eat, share and enjoy!
