This Banana & Blackberry Protein Smoothie has been formulated to bring harmony back to the body after a strenuous workout - the electrolyte rich Coconut Water will rehydrate while the Hemp Protein Powder will help build muscle definition and aid recovery. Antioxidants abound in the Blackberries and Beetroot, further helping the body rid itself of the extra free radicals caused by strenuous exercise. 

  • Blender
  • Kitchen scales
  • Tablespoon


  1. Firstly pour in your Coconut Milk into the blender.
  2. Then add your Blackberries.
  3. Next add your Beetroot Powder, Hemp Protein Powder and Banana Powder.
  4. Blend. (With or without the optional ice cubes.)
