This smoothie has been designed to bring harmony back to your body after a strenuous workout - the Coconut Water will rehydrate while the Hemp Protein Powder will help build muscle definition and aid recovery. The Banana Powder is will give you a little skip in your step replacing the energy you’ve expended during exercise. This is all rounded off with the great taste of Blackberries and Beetroot Powder.

  • Kitchen scales
  • Tablespoon

Method
  1. Firstly pour in your Coconut Milk into the blender.
  2. Then add your Blackberries.
  3. Next add your Beetroot Powder, Hemp Protein Powder and Banana Powder.
  4. Blend. (With or without the optional ice cubes.)
