Ingredients
- 35g Desiccated Coconut
Method
- Firstly, combine the puffed quinoa and desiccated coconut in a mixing bowl.
- Add the coconut oil, cacao butter, almond butter & maple syrup to a saucepan over a low/medium heat. Melt gently, stirring often with a wooden spoon.
- One the mixture is compeltely melted stir in the cacao powder and take off the heat.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the mixing bowl with the puffed quinoa and coconut. Mix together well so all the quinoa puffs are coated in chocolate.
- Then, pour the mixture into a tray and place into the frezer for at least 45 minutes to set.
- Remove from the freezer and with a sharp knife cut into squares ready to eat.
- Snack and enjoy!
