- 1/2 Ripe Avocado
- Juice from 1/2 Lime
- 2/3 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 3 Large Handfuls of Basil

- Extra Basil Leaves
- Drizzle of Olive Oil

Method
- Firstly, place the pumpkin seeds and water into a food processor and blitz for a few seconds to form a pumpkin butter texture.
- Next, add the rest of the hummus ingredients into the food processor and blend until you have a thick but smooth texture.
- Add extra water or oil to create a creamier consistancy if required.
- Pour hummus into serving bowl and garnish with leaves, seeds and extra oil.
- Dip with sourdough or chopped vegetables. Enjoy!
