Easy to make, healthy green Hummus recipe. With the rich flavours of garlic and basil, this Hummus tastes a bit like pesto. The pumpkin seeds add an extra bite and a unique seed taste to the dip with avocado supplying the creamy consistency. A delicious dairy-free snack to enjoy any time of day!

  1. Firstly, place the pumpkin seeds and water into a food processor and blitz for a few seconds to form a pumpkin butter texture. 
  2. Next, add the rest of the hummus ingredients into the food processor and blend until you have a thick but smooth texture. 
  3. Add extra water or oil to create a creamier consistancy if required. 
  4. Pour hummus into serving bowl and garnish with leaves, seeds and extra oil. 
  5. Dip with sourdough or chopped vegetables. Enjoy!
