This smoothie is just the type of thing that you may like to make in the morning. A Banana base with the bouncing berry tastes of Blueberry and Acai. Fortified with Wheatgrass, and a thick dollop of Plain Yogurt makes this smoothie all you need to complete a great start to a delightful morning.



  • Tablespoon
  • Knife
  • Blender
  • Glass to serve
  • Smoothie cup with top to go

  1. Peel one Banana and with a kitchen knife slice straight into your blender
  2. Then add your fresh pile of Blueberries on top of the chopped Banana
  3. Next, take a tablespoon and heap on the Yogurt over your fresh fruits
  4. Last but not least, take a tablespoon and add one spoonful of the super nutritious Wheatgrass Powder and Acai Powder
  5. Blend all ingredients together until all have blended into a think delicious liquid. Pour smoothie into your awaiting glass or smoothie shaker and enjoy.

Why not add some other berries to this smoothie to make it a Super Berry boost? Try Blackberries, Raspberries or Strawberries. Also, if you like a little added sweetness why not try adding some cinnamon or a teaspoon of honey?
