Cacao, Coconut & Quinoa Clusters

These crunchy chocolatey clusters are filling and nourishing, with antioxidants from the cacao and protein from the quinoa. They are made from just 6 ingredients and take under 10 minutes to make, from start to finish!



  1. Preheat the oven to 160 C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
  3. Spread the sticky mixture over a lined baking tray, pack together well with the back of a spoon and bake for 8 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool and break into clusters. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
