Totally delicious, vegan and healthy, these Pure Chocolate Almond Eggs are very moreish. With an almond butter twist and a sweet vanilla kick, these will certainly hit the spot this Easter!
Equipment
- Small chocolate egg-shaped moulds
- Bowl and pan
- Spoon
Method
- Melt the cacao butter gently in a glass bowl or jug over a pan of hot water. I used a glass jug as it was then easier to pour the mixture into the chocolate mould.
- Once the cacao butter has completely melted, remove from the heat and add all of the remaining ingredients and stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Slowly pour the mixture into your chocolate mould, and put into the freezer for an hour or so until set.
