Method
For Plain Chocolate:
- Melt 100g of Cacao Butter in a glass bowl placed inside a pan of barely simmering water, ensuring the water didn't touch the bottom.
- As soon as the Cacao Butter has melted, stir in the 3g of vanilla powder (1 teaspoon).
- Then stir in the 100g of Cacao Powder and keep stirring until the mixture is smooth with no lumps remaining.
- Next stir in 100ml of Agave Syrup and keep on stirring until smooth, glossy and properly mixed (over 100 stirs).
- If making just pure Vegan Chocolate one can add the mixture into moulds. Press the Pure Chocolate mix into the moulds with a spoon to ensure there are no bubbles in the mixture and that it gets into all the corners. Then place in a cool place or even the fridge for the chocolates to set in their moulds.
Adding Additional Ingredients
- At this point you can add in a fruit powder of your choice. Add 1 tsp of say Lucuma Powder to the remaining mixture and stir in until smooth. Spoon a little into the moulds, pressing down to make sure there are no bubbles of air present.
- Add a few dried Mulberries, then spoon in some more mixture over the top to fill the moulds.
- Press the Pure Chocolate mix into the moulds with a spoon to ensure there are no bubbles in the mixture and that it gets into all the corners. Then place in a cool place or even the fridge for the chocolates to set in their moulds.

Notes
Instead of using Lucuma Powder any fruit powder can be added to replace it. Remember not to add more than 1 tsp of fruit powder as it will make the Pure Chocolate mix overly thick and difficult to work with.
Instead of Mulberries one can use Brazil Nuts, Goji Berries or any other nut or dried fruit that will fit the moulds.
