
A healthy and refreshing vegan smoothie with a tropical twist. Mango, banana and electrolyte rich coconut water blend perfectly with pure cacao in this indulgent yet highly nutritious smoothie.
Equipment
- Blender
- Teaspoon and tablespoon
- Chopping board (optional)
- Knife
Ingredients
- 500ml Coconut Water
- 1 x Banana
- 1 x Mango
- 1 x tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 x tsp Maca Powder
Method
- Slice the Mango in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon straight into the blender
- Peel the Banana and slice on top of the Mango
- Then pour the 500ml of Coconut water on top
- Add your Chia Seeds into the mix
- Then spoon in your Maca Powder and Cacao Powder
- Blend for a few seconds or until all the contents are fully liquidised
- Pour into glasses, serve and enjoy

There can be many variations to this smoothie. Instead of Mango other fruits can be used in its place.
