This raw vegan fudge cup recipe will certainly hit the spot if you are craving something sweet, not only that it is healthy and nutritious too! Wonderfully rich and indulgent with a deep flavour and silky texture.

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Cup for measuring


  1. Put all the ingredients (except the raisins) in the blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. Add the raisins as topping and put in the freezer for half an hour.

The use of coconut oil instead of butter in this recipe gives not only a full, smooth flavour, it is a fantastic source of essential fatty acids.
