This smoothie is a very rich delicious hearty drink that has a Rooibos Tea base. It is packed with Pure Cacao Butter and Powder as well as Coconut Chips, Dried Mulberries, Cashew Nuts, Beetroot Powder and Bilberry Powder. It is powerful and nourishing in its effect to keep you motoring throughout the day.



  1. Pour the hot Rooibos Tea into a jug or bowl, add the Coconut Chips and leave to cool until just warm. Add Rooibos and Coconut Chips into the blender.
  2. Blend the rooibos and coconut chips together until creamy, and strain through a sieve to remove the pulp. This helps create a silkier drink, but don't throw the pulp away, it tastes amazing in muffins or pancakes!
  3. Add the strained tea back to the blender.
  4. Then add the Palm Sugar, Cacao Butter, Dried Mulberries and Cashew Nuts.
  5. Next come the powders; spoon in the Cacao Powder, Beetroot Powder and Bilberry Powder.
  6. Blend until frothy and smooth. For best results we recommend using a high speed blender, but, if you don't have one you can sieve the drink at the end to remove the bits.
