
This gorgeous smoothie bowl is a treat for the eyes as well as the taste buds with the unique taste of rose blossom tea. A refreshing breakfast, or midday dish. It's naturally sweet, delicious and moreish. Fun to decorate too!

- Tea Strainer
- Sieve
- Blender
Ingredients
- 400ml Boiling Water
- 150ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Small Banana
- Handful Fresh Raspberries
- Handful Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
Optional toppings
- Melon Balls
- Fresh Berries
Method
- Night before creation: Soak the almonds in a cup with enough water to cover them, leave overnight.
- First, in a jug make up 400ml of Rose Tea by adding the boiling water to the dried petals.
- Leave the tea to cool and then drain off the petals using a tea strainer.
- Strain the overnight soaked almonds in a sieve, and add to a blender with all the other ingredients including the cooled tea. Whizz until smooth!
- Top with extra berries, almonds and seeds.
- Sprinkle extra rose tea petals over the top!
- Enjoy!
