
Bring out the berry flavour burst with this wonderful berry smoothie recipe. Blueberries, Strawberries and Acai Berry Powder complimented with the firm rounded notes of Beetroot and finally sweetened by Vanilla and natural Bee Pollen! There couldn’t be a better natural cure for a sweet tooth. This will have you quickly making another because of its delightful full sweet flavour.

Ingredients
- 1 x glass of Coconut Milk
- 4 x Strawberries
- handful of Blueberries
- 1 x small pot of Soya / Coconut Yoghurt (125g)
- ½ x tsp Vanilla Powder (use more if you'd like)
Method
- Fruit/Veg Base: Gather your Blueberries and Strawberries and place them in the blender
- Liquid Base: Pour in your glass of Coconut Milk on top of the fresh berries
- Thickening Ingredients: Add your Yogurt
- Flavour Layer: Spoon in your Vanilla Powder
- Power Boost Layer: Now add the Acai Powder and the Beetroot Powder
- Blend the whole lot together and serve into your glasses, Sprinkle on you Bee Pollen for the pièce de résistance
Notes
In this smoothie recipe the Strawberries and Blueberries could be swapped for some Blackberries and Raspberries; or any kind of berry of your choice. - The Yogurt doesn't have to be dairy and could be soya based, flavoured or just plain Natural. - If you wanted you could try any kind of fruit juice instead of the Coconut Milk - To vary the hint of sweetness a little Cinnamon Powder, Honey or even Chilli Powder (for the adventurous) could replace the Vanilla Powder.
