- Frying Pan
- Sieve
- Chopped Board
- Chopping Knife
- Wooden Spoon
- Serving Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 300g Organic Tofu
- 1/2 Handful Grated Carrot
- 1 Handful Smoked Salmon
- 1 Handful Fresh Spinach
Optional
- 1 Small Dipping Bowl of Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Method
- Heat pan with Olive Oil at a medium to high heat.
- Place the Tofu in a sieve and drain the excess water off it.
- Then, on a chopping board roughly make the Tofu into smaller chunks.
- Place Tofu into pan, to start cooking.
- Add the Grated Carrots in the pan and cook for 1 minute.
- Follow with Fresh Spinach and Salmon and stir with a wooden spoon.
- Seasons with pepper and salt to taste.
- Cook for 1 minute and serve. Enjoy!
