Try this scrumptious flavourful Tofu Scramble dish powered with the cleansing spice, Turmeric. An alternative to scrambled egg! Eat first thing in the morning as a filling nutritious breakfast or for a healthy dinner. Add a spice of Sweet Chilli Sauce is you're feeling fiery! 


Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 300g Organic Tofu
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Handful Grated Carrot
  • 1 Handful Smoked Salmon
  • 1 Handful Fresh Spinach
  • OPTIONAL:
  • 1 Small Dipping Bowl of Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

  • Frying Pan
  • Sieve
  • Chopped Board 
  • Chopping Knife
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Serving Bowl
Method

Print

  1. Heat pan with Olive Oil at a medium to high heat.
  2. Place the Tofu in a sieve and drain the excess water off it.
  3. Then, on a chopping board roughly make the Tofu into smaller chunks. 
  4. Place Tofu into pan, to start cooking.
  5. Add the Grated Carrots in the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Follow with Fresh Spinach and Salmon and stir with a wooden spoon.
  7. Seasons with pepper and salt to taste.
  8. Cook for 1 minute and serve. Enjoy!
